  • Australia: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Packaging

All Valtora orders are shipped in secure, branded packaging designed to protect your product during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.

Customs & International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Valtora.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather events, customs processing, or high order volume. If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Valtora is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
